  • Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  3. Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing
